Vaportrail Clothing Athletes Balog, Macedo and Reutzel Produce Victories

Inside Line Promotions – LAKE STEVENS, Wash. (Sept. 3, 2018) – Vaportrail Clothing athletes Bill Balog, Carson Macedo and Aaron Reutzel each earned a trip into the Winner’s Circle during Labor Day Weekend.

Balog executed a thrilling last-lap pass on Tony Stewart to claim the IRA Sprint Car Series event at Plymouth Dirt Track in Plymouth, Wis., on Saturday by four thousandths of a second. It was the closest finish in IRA Sprint Car Series history since electronic scoring was introduced. The victory was Balog’s third of the season with the series.

Macedo garnered his fourth Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions feature triumph of the season on Saturday at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, which hosted the Dirt Classic Ohio. The Californian also posted a runner-up result at the oval on Friday.

Reutzel capped the busy weekend with a victory at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pa., on Monday. The Texas native also scored a fifth-place finish on Sunday at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio, to maintain a 14-point lead in the All Star championship standings over Macedo.

Fellow Vaportrail Clothing athlete Trey Starks captured his first top 10 of the season with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series on Saturday at Skagit Speedway in Alger, Wash., where he placed eighth during the Outlaw Energy Showdown.
